Strengthening the communication infrastructure of East Africa plays an important role in the economic development of the countries in the region. The association aims to improve the telecommunication infrastructure and It aims to increase internet access in the region with broadband projects. Technology Transfer and R&D Collaborations:

Association aims to strengthen governance in the countries of the region by developing e-government applications and supporting digital transformation projects.
